   At night soak your face with extremely hot water, wash it really well, soak it with cold water and if you have lotion put lotion on after you’ve dried it really well. In the morning wash your face normal, regular water and all and then repeat at night again.

   Get some dried rosemary leaves from the supermarket (look in herbs section). Boil a kettle of water, take a clean towel, go to bathroom and put the plug in the sink. Put the dried rosemary leaves in there and pour the boiling water over it. Then bend over the sink and put the towel over your head and over the water in the sink, like a little tent. Stay there as long as you can. This will open up and help cleanse the pores of your skin. When the water has stopped really being hot anymore, let the water out, then gently wash your face with a clean sponge or flannel and some simple soap. Make sure you rinse properly afterwards. Do this two or three times a week and the pimples will start to disappear. My Granny taught me that one. It works. It got me through teenage spots and pimples. I have had good skin right ino old age.

   I have the same problem and I have tried everything!
   Pro Activ isnt bad but I think of everything Iv used the clinique facial wash works the best, also I use mary kay acne cream and that dries it up. Also washing your pillow cases like 3-4 times a week helps because you are always laying your face on them you want to be as clean as possible. Hope this helped ya. =) good luck

   Toothpaste!
   Dab some toothpaste on your pimples before you sleep, make sure it dries before you sleep too. I don’t know what it does chemically, but it works sometimes.
   And remember to drink water and eat food rich in vitamin C, try adding lemon to your water. It helps your skin.

The first, and most important of these, is that you need to learn about the condition and how it affects you.

Skin pimples (acne) is not something that is the same for all people.  Not only are there different “types” of acne, but there are also a number of things that might be the primary cause of your skin pimples.   To learn about these is the best way to ensure that you get rid of pimples fast.

Another important thing to understand is that there are those who advocate that skin pimples can be eradicated by purely “natural” remedies, whereas there are others who advocate the use of medication as the best and only truly effective means.   In my view the best approach is to combine the best of each of these.

“Natural” remedies include things such steps to ensure that the pimples are not touched or disturbed unecessarily – and when it is needed that the hands are washed immediately before and afterwards.    Ensuring that clothing and bedding (such as pillow cases) are thoroughly washed each day/night is important.  Pillows can be turned after one night so allowing them to be changed after two nights.   Regular washing of hair with mild shampoo is also recommended.

“Natural” remedies also include changes in diet, and an increase in the amount of drinking water taken each day – both of which are beneficial for many health issues.    Herbal remedies are also advocated by many.

On the other hand, medication and ointments have been shown to work well – and of course some work better than others, for different people.

Whichever method you adopt, for you to cure pimples, you need to monitor your progress – and adopt a plan that you will give every chance of success.    Rather than buy medication in large quanities, it is a good idea to get just enough to test its effectiveness – if results are positive, then further purchase would be worthwhile.   In this way the cost of medication can be minimised.
